From Wenatchee: Head south on Mission St - Use the left 2 lanes to turn onto WA-285 (George Sellar Bridge) - Use the left 2 lanes to turn on Grant Rd - Stay on Grant Rd for about 2 miles - Turn right onto S Nevada Ave - Turn left onto 3rd St SE. 3rd St SE is one of the streets in Maryhill Estates East.

From Wenatchee: Head North on Wenatchee Ave - Continue across the Wenatchee Bridge onto US - HWY 2 - Turn right onto School St - At the stop sign turn left onto Easy St - Pheasant Hills will be on the left - Turn left on either Salmon Dr or Emma Dr.
